Introduction of a stain mixing system for maximum flexibility.
Combining the finest types of wood with coloured surfaces according to the customer's wishes is daily business for our long-standing customer and manufacturer of high-quality home furniture.
With the introduction of the "Bespoke" product line, the customer needed to replace the previous stain system with a new mixing system.
The objective was to be able to produce stain shades in small batches of the same quality on demand. It should be possible to apply the stain using the standard application methods.

We were able to offer our mixing systems HYDROSTAN® and the solvent-based system PURIDUR® ULTIMATE as a solution.
After testing and consulting our service team, the customer chose HYDROSTAN® with the range and variety of effects. Whether natural tones, blue, yellow, red, or green, rustic effect or positive effect - HYDROSTAN® is a seamless system that has a solution ready for all requirements and wishes. Color and effect can be easily created from just 16 basic elements. The final result is in your hands, because you influence the color nuances of the stain right up to the end.
