Objective

The economic and future-oriented painting of doors and door elements was a top priority for our customer. We had the opportunity to support our key account customer from planning to series production and the use of an environmentally friendly water-based HYDRO-UV system. The goal was to increase application efficiency and recycle excess material and overspray within a paint recovery system.

Solution

By using our environmentally friendly HYDROLUX® VARIO HL515MK, we were able to impress in both processing and paint recovery. Additionally, our customer reduces the use of VOC-containing belt cleaning agents and significantly lowers their VOC balance. HYDROLUX® VARIO meets chemical and mechanical resistance requirements and impresses on all common European wood species with an elegant look and feel.
