HinSchG. Every employee or business partner who wish to report potential violations by Votteler Lackfabrik GmbH & Co. KG or other group companies against criminal regulations, other legal requirements, internal guidelines, our code of conduct, or other improper behavior may provide a tip to the Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer is obligated to maintain confidentiality according to §§ 8, 9 HinSchG.

Please ensure that you do not violate legal provisions such as data protection laws when using our voluntary reporting office. Share only as much data as necessary and no more. Please consider before reporting suspicions that your tip may have serious consequences for those involved.

Please do not provide any personally identifiable information such as your relationship to the suspect or your name if you wish to remain anonymous. Also, do not provide any facts that could be traced back to you. However, we kindly ask for your personal details, as this will allow us to follow up and likely resolve the issue more effectively. The protective clauses of §§ 33 to 38 HinSchG apply to all parties involved.
