Coating by rolling is an efficient technology for coating flat and two-dimensional workpieces. Extremely short drying times can be achieved by using coating systems that feature UV curing.

This makes it possible to rapidly continue processing the workpieces – like grinding or stacking them, for example. Small amounts of coating applied loss-free combined with a high system feed rate ensure that throughput is extremely high, making the rolling process one of the most cost-effective coating methods available.

Rolled surfaces have an extremely attractive finish with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance.
